Coastal Alabama Community College is a public two-year institution, a member of the Alabama Community College System and governed by the Alabama Community College System Board of Trustees. The Alabama Community College System consists of twenty-three comprehensive community colleges, and technical colleges; Marion Military Institute; and the Alabama Technology Network, an extensive workforce development initiative.  Coastal Alabama was formed through the consolidation of Alabama Southern Community College, Faulkner State Community College and Jefferson Davis Community College.

Since 1869, Dillard University has been committed to providing students with a quality four-year liberal arts education. Dillard is a fully accredited private, historically black university. In 2010, U.S. News & World Report ranked Dillard among the nation’s Top 10 HBCUs, based on comprehensive undergraduate studies. Dillard also was awarded a Top 10 Ranking in 2010 for liberal arts schools in the social mobility category by Washington Monthly.

Faulkner University is a private Christian university, located in Montgomery, Alabama, US, and affiliated with the Churches of Christ. The University was founded in 1942 as Montgomery Bible School.

The year 1975 marked the beginning of the school’s satellite campuses in Mobile, Huntsville and Birmingham. In 1985, the school was renamed Faulkner University in honor of Dr. James H. Faulkner, Sr., a longtime supporter and chairman of the board. Visit Site

Founded in 1866, shortly after the end of the Civil War, Fisk University is a historically black university, and is the oldest institution of higher learning in Nashville, Tennessee. United States Military Academy

Founded in 1802, the United States Military Academy at West Point is the oldest of the five service academies.

West Point cadets are immersed in a military-oriented environment, gaining an unparalleled undergraduate education and leadership skills through a rigorous curriculum.
