Company Information
Profile: Above all, we are about people. A philosophy of inclusion drives our organization every day and helps us win in a diverse, global marketplace.

Diversity Organizations
Our work environment draws on the strength of every associate to build an atmosphere of personal and professional growth. These Bank of America organizations help make diversity work:

Global Diversity & Inclusion Council
A group of appointed senior leaders from various lines of business and support units who guide and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives at the corporate level.

Diversity and Inclusion Business and Regional Councils
Line of business and regional councils address inclusion issues across our businesses and global regions. These groups identify issues and recommend strategies to make their business groups and geographies a place where all associates can do their best work.

Affinity Groups
Groups of associates with a common interest and those who support them. Currently, there are nine groups organized by affinity: Asian, Black, people with disabilities, Hispanic/Latino, women, military veterans, gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender, Native American and young professionals.

Diversity Network
One of five networks that make up Team Bank of America, the Diversity Network is comprised of geographically based volunteer teams of associates. The Network's mission is to encourage and capitalize on the diversity of our associates and promote personal and professional development. Membership is open to associates at all levels of the company.
